Elevate. Empower. Thrive.

Elevate Health Alliance helps organizations strengthen performance by supporting the women who power their workforce, from early parenting to mid-life transitions, including menopause.

We deliver strategic, people-centered solutions that boost productivity, retention, and leadership confidence while reducing risk tied to emerging regulations.

Our approach blends policy design, team workshops, and targeted coaching so women build lasting wellbeing, expand their impact, and sustain top performance. With deep clinical and organizational expertise, we align every initiative with your business goals to create a workplace where employees thrive and leaders feel equipped to lead with clarity, empathy, and measurable impact.

Women now represent nearly half of the workforce and a growing share of senior leadership.

Yet many organizations are losing high-performing women, not because of lack of ambition or capability, but because critical life-stage transitions are unsupported, misunderstood, or ignored

This shows up as women who are disengaged at work, second-guessing themselves, making uncharacteristic mistakes, or quietly exiting roles they once loved. These are women who desperately want to perform at their highest potential, but are forced into an impossible choice between their family, their wellbeing, and the careers they’ve worked so hard to build.

This leaves them feeling isolated, depleted, and invisible, and their employers feeling frustrated, blindsided, and stuck in a costly cycle of preventable attrition.

It’s time to move from awareness to action, by building systems that support women through every life-stage transition.

And that’s where Elevate Health Alliance comes in.

We know from our personal lived experiences that motherhood and menopause aren’t personal issues that stay at home. They directly affect energy, cognition, sleep, confidence, and mental health, showing up at work as absenteeism, disengagement, stalled leadership pipelines, and costly turnover of high-performing women leaving quietly. The risk isn’t theoretical. It’s operational.

We partner with forward- thinking organizations to protect performance and strengthen leadership by supporting the women who power your workforce—from early parenting through mid-life transitions. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical science, HR strategy, and leadership development.

And as a team, we bring a rare combination of expertise where we understand the body and the business as a Doctor of Pharmacy and Certified Perimenopause and Menopause Specialist and  SHRM Certified Professional and Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach.

Together, we help organizations move beyond surface-level wellness benefits that exist but aren’t used effectively to measurable, people-centered solutions including policy design, leadership education, and targeted coaching, so managers feel equipped, women stay engaged, and business outcomes improve.

Elevate Health Alliance equips executives and people leaders with practical training on supporting employees through menopause and perimenopause, provides one-on-one coaching for women returning to work after leave, and partners with companies to design federal and state compliant policies and workplace accommodations that protect and support women in the workforce such as lactation, paid leave, and perimenopause and menopause accommodations.

When women are supported through critical transitions, organizations see stronger retention, more confident leadership, reduced risk tied to emerging regulations, and teams that perform at their best, consistently.

If you’re ready to move from awareness to action, we invite you to connect with us at our exhibitor table. Let’s have a strategic conversation about how you can elevate performance, protect talent, and future-proof your workforce.
